StillMarillion -Fugazi at the Seasons End

Saturday 21st September 2019 .

Live at The Loose Cannon, 701-707 Oldham Road, Manchester, M35 9AT.

StillMarillion are Europe’s biggest and best tribute to Marillion and are delighted to appear at The Loose Cannon. At this special show StillMarillion will be showcasing tracks from Fugazi and Seasons End with the rest of the show made up from other Fish Era Classics. Formed in 2008 and now our 11th anniversary year. StillMarillion pay homage to the early era of progressive rock legends Marillion. Mainly focussing on the first four albums and rarities but also occasionally covering tracks from Seasons End and the early Hogarth material. StillMarillion are fronted by Martin Jakubski, who sings the songs with passion and power.

In 2014 Martin received a great endorsement of his vocal capabilities from original Marillion guitarist Steve Rothery who asked Martin to sing in his very own solo band, performing
such classics as Fugazi, Incubus, Cinderella Search and Lavender onstage every night with Mr Rothery himself. Martin can now be seen regularly over Europe singing in The Steve Rothery Band.

StillMarillion focus purely on the music and performance rather than gimmicks, a StillMarillion show is a full on live performance in it’s own right. StillMarillion are well know for their album themed nights when they have performed classic albums such as Fugazi and Clutching at Straws and Seasons End in their entirety. StillMarillion are completed by an experienced line up of musicians who have performed in other notable acts such as Moving Picture, Abel Ganz, Maiden Scotland and Paul Di’anno. StillMarillion regularly tour across the UK and into Germany and The Netherlands bringing their unique live performance, not only to diehard fans but to many casual observers who enjoy a good live music show.
